Sirens began wailing and continued for most of the early afternoon in Owensboro today. What appeared to be at least a VERY strong storm passed over the Roosevelt House area and along 25th street. I drove that entire area around 2:30 and saw nothing but branches down, overturned trash barrels and bent signs in front of some businesses, for example Toribios near Wesleyan Plaza.

Here at the WBKR Studios Steve Horn's truck was moved about six inches! And, the back of the pickup has a good amount of ice (hail).

Other than that I didn't spot anything near WBKR to indicate further damage.
