The results are in and Team Chad has won the 2019 BKR Boot Camp at Edge Body Boot Camp. And here are the Top Ten individual results from both teams!

It's back!  BKR Boot Camp returns to The Country Station, 92.5 WBKR.  If you have made a New Year's Resolution to get in shape and lose weight, you're gonna want to check this out.  For the second year in a row, we're teaming up with Edge Body Boot Camp for BKR Boot Camp.  And this year, Team Chad is going to take on Team Angel in a four-week challenge and YOU have the chance to participate!! As you all know, we recently teamed with Edge Body Boot Camp for a six-week weight loss challenge called BKR Boot Camp.  Thirty WBKR listeners stormed into the gym for a head-to-head team competition to see which team could lose the highest percentage of body weight in a six-week period.  Here are the final results! Team Angel just killed it!

The BKR Boot Camp is now in its fourth week and everybody is doing an awesome job. I am pretty proud of myself, especially when it comes to my diet. I am eating pizza, but how?
