Remember Man vs. Food, host Adam Richman would travel all over the country looking to take on food eating challenges that offered prizes and glory to anyone who completed them. It goes way beyond "can you finish this pizza in an hour?" But I'm not sure I ever saw Adam or current host Casey Webb take on a cereal eating challenge.

A new year and new baffling revelation have come to light courtesy of Gene Simmons of KISS. First of all, most people eat their cereal with some sort of milk. Me, I've been using almond milk for the past two years. Simmons uses milk too, but he adds something extra.

One day last week  I gave Jaclyn a call mid-afternoon.  At the time, I had just polished off my third bowl of Lucky Charms (don't judge me).  Jaclyn, oddly enough, was working on a bowl of Frosted Flakes or Apple Cinnamon Cheerios.  She can't remember (and, remember, it's perfectly okay if you choose to judge her).
