Strange Super Bowl National Anthems [Video]

Today, the performance of the National Anthem at the Super Bowl is just as big a media spectacle as the half-time show and the game itself. Huge stars are asked to deliver rousing renditions of "The Star-Spangled Banner" as the whole world watches to see if they mess up the words, lip-synch or perform live. In the last few years, we have seen amazing renditions by Kelly Clarkson, The Dixie Chicks, Carrie Underwood, Faith Hill and Jennifer Hudson. Way back in 1993, even Garth Brooks stepped up and swung for the fences. But, historically, there have been some STRANGE choices and some really bizarre renditions at The Big Game. WATCH!

Loved this song when I heard it for the first time last week. Lots of you all did too when I played it for the first time last week on The WBKR Waking Crew! And I think we all knew that Blake Shelton and Christina Aguilera were eventually gonna knock it out live on The Voice. And, last night, they performed "Just a Fool" and we have the video right here! Last night after Super Bowl XLVI, NBC's The Voice returned for its second season. And, delivering on the promise of a hilarious promo commercial that included Betty White, the season debut killed! It was awesome. Blake, Adam, Cee Lo, and Christina were in full form and so was the talent. There's a reason this show is called The Voice. And, as our American Idol and The Voice expert Steve Thompson explains, there were some big Voices on display!
