The event will take place on the hill on the school campus, 6104 Kentucky 405.  Facilitated by science instructor Dennis Millay, a.k.a. Mr. D, and led by students in the East View Elementary School Student Technology and Leadership Program, East View families and friends are invited to take a guided walk across the stars, using iPads and astronomy applications to accomplish this.

Students who are new to the district (first time attending a DCPS school) may register between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m. daily at their school. The following documents are required: Birth certificate, Social Security card, medical exam, Kentucky immunization certificate, Kentucky eye exam, dental exam and proof of address.
