In an effort to help get folks to the ever-growing and ever-evolving downtown portion of Owensboro to experience the charms and allure of unique downtown businesses and restaurants, Steve Champion has followed a trend taking place in larger cities across the United States. And his version of "Downtown Date Night" is getting more and more popular here in Owensboro.
