East Bridge Art and Music Festival

The "ribbon ninjas" are on the loose in the city of Owensboro!  And they're ribbon-bombing local places of business that support the upcoming 2013 East Bridge Art and Music Festival downtown.  On Tuesday morning, Mary-Katherine Maddox and Christy Chaney, who help organize the event, showed up at the WBKR studios to ribbon-bomb me!  WATCH!
