Prevailing dry weather conditions have created a threat of brush fires in Daviess County.

Next Tuesday, July 5th they are shutting down the Owensboro blue bridge right after the 4th of July holiday, the good news is its shutting down after the 4th of July so you'll still be able to go across the river to your favorite firework store that I'm sure WBKR will be broadcasting from to get your fireworks for your celebration
