			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The Blue Bridge, officially the <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Glover_Cary_Bridge">Glover Cary bridge</a> reopened this morning and was open till 6pm to foot and bike traffic. Closed since July 5th the last time the bridge was available for non-vehicle traffic was 1940 when it opened. This morning my wife, Debra and B. Dawn Kadonk from the Demolition Dolls, Evansville's Roller Derby and I crossed the bridge. </p>
