We are very lucky to have the International Bluegrass Music Museum here in Owensboro! Most of us know that they bring us ROMP every year, but we don't know much more.

The International Bluegrass Museum in downtown Owensboro presents the Revolution of the American Guitar Friday night at 7 p.m. at the Museum. And, it's FREE! Acoustic guitar aficionados are in for a treat during a presentation that will showcase one of America’s favorite instruments.
Earl Scruggs, Bill Monroe and Ralph Stanley can rest assured Bluegrass Music is allive and well for the future. Let's go ahead and build that Bluegrass Museum in downtown Owensboro. Someday we will ensconce these kids -- the Sleepyman Banjo Boys -- into it front and center...
