April 11, 2013 Every year, when I hear who's just been inducted into the Country Music Hall of Fame, I was always wonder, "Well, who's in there now?" And that's because there's always a brand new inductee who I'm surprised isn't already there.
October 4, 2012 What? Really? What a STRANGE combination, right? But it happened. Kenny Rogers was on Good Morning America this week to promote his new book, Luck or Something Like It. Naturally, Kenny was asked to sing his classic #1 "Islands in the Stream." But he wasn't asked to sing it with Dolly Parton. No! He sang it with Comedy Central's Stephen Colbert. WATCH!
Kenny rogers recently celebrated his long standing career in music and entertainment with a "The First Fifty Years" Kenny Rogers Anniversary book, and now the Country Music icon is celebrating another year of life.
Alot of country music stars over the years has either did a cameo in a movie or was the main character in a movie like George Strait in "Pure Country" who can forget Jerry Reed as "Snowman" in "Smokey & the Bandit", Tim McGraw in "Flicka" or "The Blind Side" so many movies, so many country stars!
