The Lakewood Valley Triathlon is coming up Saturday, June 11th and it's your chance to swim, bike and run for GLORY!!!  Okay, if you've tuned into WBKR recently you know that Jaclyn has nearly destroyed her legs by taking up running recently.  She won't be competing!   Dave Spencer routinely gets gout and you can't run with a bum bit toe.  He's out!  Moon can walk at the speed of light, but says there's no way he can bike 15 miles (and, his Medicare hasn't paid for his scooter yet!)  And, me . . . well, I hate to run (I get bored) and anytime I swim in a body of water I tend to summon creatures from down below.  Yes, I am aquatic life whisperer.  Don't ask me how or why?  I can't explain it.  All I know is I have conjured sharks, stingrays and manatees just by walking into the ocean.  But there are those of you out who are built for the triathlon and LAKEWOOD VALLEY is calling your name!
