I don't how it happened, but "March Madness" snuck up on me this year. This week, I received at least three email invitations and one Facebook message to get in on an NCAA pool. The good thing about joining an online pool is, you usually don't have to make a monetary investment and you can win some sweet prizes, including money. Last Thursday, I continued one of my favorite annual WBKR traditions! I headed up to Louisville to broadcast live, all day, from opening day at the Kentucky State Fair! This year, I was able to do things I have never done at the fair before and it was all caught on camera! YES!! I got to feed a rabbit chocolate Chex Mix, steal a sash from a beauty queen and learn how to milk a goat named Peace! It was a fun-filled day and I loved every minute of it! (Well, except for that scary moment when I almost submerged my right flip-flop into a big, steamy cow patty!) Check out my photos! (But don't worry! I'll leave out the big, steamy cow patty!)

The shows inside Freedom Hall feature Lady Antebellum, Jason Aldean, Def Leppard with Heart, and Train and Maroon 5! And now, the folks at the fair have announced the line-up of FREE concerts at Cardinal Stadium! And, like usual, that line-up is COUNTRY STRONG!
