Mud Run

Angel here! I always seem to get roped into all sorts of antics working for the station. I thought I would share some of my favorite videos over the past few years.

Tomorrow's the annual American Cancer Society Mud Run at Diamond Lake Campground and Resort.  But Angel and I decided to get "Up, Down and Dirty for a Cure" a little early to give you a preview of this year's course.  If you wanna laugh, these videos are a must watch.  HILARIOUS!

The Mud Run returns to Diamond Lake Campground and Resort.  And, after a one-year hiatus, the American Cancer Society is inviting you to be a part of the most grueling and challenging 5K in the tri-state.  Earlier this week, Brett and I suited up and gave some of the obstacles a test drive.  Here's what you can expect!
