Carrie Preston, the star of the new CBS crime show Elsbeth, has ties to Evansville, Indiana.

I was brought to tears as I read a story on Yahoo News yesterday. Colin Hayward Toland has dreamed of helping others for years.  The NYPD made  those dreams come true on Monday as they named him an honorary officer for the force.
