October 24, 2012 The holiday season is going to be difficult time for Joe Lowe's family. It's going to be difficult for his radio family as well. Holidays are always trying when they arrive shortly after losing someone. But, this Christmas season, the memory of our friend Joe Lowe is going to be alive and well thanks to a big announcement from the Owensboro-Daviess Christmas Parade Association. They have named Joe Lowe the 2012 Grand Marshal of the parade!
