It's the second annual Dragonboat Festival and Races. 21 teams will compete every fifteen minutes starting at 8am and concluding at 1pm. In between there will lots of music and crafts and exhibits and plenty to do for all. When I filled in for Joe Lowe Monday Tim Ross, Director of Public Events for the City of Owensboro and I chatted about what is planned.
