			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Earlier this week, the Red Cross visited the WBKR studios to conduct CPR training.  Dave Spencer and I hadn't been certified since way back in high school when we were required to get jiggy with Resusci Anne!   After completing our training (with these little guys who look like they escaped the BLUE MAN GROUP), we decided to share our new skills with YOU to demonstrate the importance of CPR and how it can truly SAVE LIVES!!  And, at the end of the video, we let you know how YOU can take part in RED CROSS training too!</p>

<p><strong>(Evansville) – </strong>Many areas affected by rising water are  seeing roads open up as some of the water recedes, however per the latest  hydrological report many rivers &amp; creek beds will not start to show a  significant drop for several more days. As a result, the American Red Cross has  been able to close some shelters, while others remain open. All shelters in the  community remain on alert </p>
