On Friday, I had the pleasure of broadcasting my Midday Show from Reid's Orchard. I LOVE that place! (And, not just because they feed me snacks all day, ha!)

It's such a great place and this weekend is their Christmas Open House!

Stop by today from 10:00am-4:00pm and on Sunday Noon - 4:00pm and check out all the Reid's has to offer!

You can get fruit baskets, specialty gift baskets and even baskets geared for those tough-to-shop-for men in your life! These baskets come in all different price ranges and you can even make your own!

They are also going to be offering samplings of some of their most popular items such as; salad dressings, popcorn, fudge, jellies, muffins and lots more!

By now, you know Kitty's husband, Aaron Kizer. His speed paintings and unique performances have made him a household name in the tristate and beyond. In addition to being wonderfully talented, Aaron is also very charity-minded. He routinely donates his talents to the American Cancer Society, St. Jude, CASA and others in an effort to help them raise money for their causes. But, as fate would have it, Aaron now has to use his talents for his own sake and the sake of his wife, Kitty.

It's that wonderful time of the year: the 26th Annual Reid's Orchard Apple Festival this weekend on Highway 144 in Owensboro. Temperatures are expected to be in the 60's Saturday & 70's Sunday! Enjoy crafts, great food, carnival rides, vendors, activities, apple treats of every kind and new this year a play land for children and a gemstone mine! Hours are Saturday 10am til 6pm and Sunday Noon to 6pm. A great time for the whole family!

On Thursday, I was at Reid's Orchard for my Midday Show. I always love going to Reid's because it's so pretty there and well, because they feed me a lot! Ha!

It's fall.... and Katie's mums are ready and look beautiful! Plus, at my house we LOVE Reidland and the horse and pony rides, along with the petting zoo on the weekends

Sunday afternoon, Carsyn and I made a fun trip to Reid's Orchard. They had a small petting zoo for the day and horse rides. Now, Carsyn has been talkin reaaaal big lately about how she wanted to ride a real, big horse. So, I thought I'd test her out and see just how tough she really was. Well, needless to say, she made me proud!
