Tomorrow morning is the birthday of the man George Jones proclaimed country’s best songwriter. I’ll have the audio of George saying exactly that. George is referring to Bobby Braddock and we will salute him on Saturday at the Memories between 6 and 8am.

Bobby, pictured above with his daughter Lauren, inducted into the Nashville Songwriter’s Hall of Fame in 1981, Bobby received the ultimate honor last year when he joined the Country Music Hall of Fame.

Nearlt two years ago, Bocephus lost his $15,000 Les Paul. Sunday the cops arrested the alleged culprit Adam Dale Broach of Notasulga, TN. has been charged with first-degree theft of property. The guitar ended up with Wayne Mills of the Wayne Mills Band. Someone, either Broach or an unknown party, gave Mills the guitar as a gift. [...]
