The world has sped up. 24 hour cable news and social media make information instantaneously available. Facebook and Twitter have allowed us all to finally do what we always said we would do but never got around to it--catch up with old friends, share thoughts and ideas the moment they are born, etc. Our lives have all essentially become open books. Or at least as open as we want them to be. </p>
