This is really neat. Our friends from Up 'Til Dawn over at Kentucky Wesleyan College are holding a benefit concert on Thursday, October 9th and they will be raising money for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital!

This weekend has been more eventful than I anticipated and I love that. I remember past Junes where the heat and the humidity have been unbearable but this past weekend, which started with Friday the 13th, was absolutely comfortable and beautiful.

His family is calling it the Ben-efit.  And Sunday at Maloney's in Owensboro, the extended family of Ben Halbig is throwing a fundraiser for him.  Since February, Ben has been battling cancer at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Memphis.
