After this past Sunday's Talladega race and a big crash on the last lap, it turns out Dale Jr. has a concussion, according to Hendrick Motorsports. Earnhardt will sit out Charlotte and Kansas, and Regan Smith will replace him in the No. 88 Chevrolet. Earnhardt was diagnosed Wednesday in Charlotte, the team said.
