The Kentucky Kid

A large crowd gathered tonight as Friday After Five teamed up with Army Armstrong to pay tribute to Nicky Hayden's life.  Watch the video~

Local artist, Aaron Kizer, painted this amazing portrait of Nicky Hayden, who will always be remembered as "The Kentucky Kid".

Three years ago, the first inductees to the Owensboro Walk of Fame were unveiled on 2nd street. The Hayden Brothers were part of that initial class and for very good reason. They’re the pride of Owensboro and now we’ve lost one of our own and we mourn.
