Country Singer Trace Adkins’ Home Destroyed by Fire
June 6, 2011 According to the Tennessean, country singer Trace Adkins' Brentwood, TN, home was destroyed by a fire Saturday, claiming "all of his music awards and his family's possessions within minutes."
Initial reports said that the dryer in the garage of the 5,000-square-foot mansion started the fire, though Adkins' wife, Rhonda, said that is highly unlikely, as it hadn't been used in a week.

May 29, 2011 As I was thinking of some songs to play this Memorial Day, a few obvious ones came to mind like "Some Gave All" by Billy Ray Cyrus, "God Bless the U.S.A." by Lee Greenwood, "American Soldier" by Toby Keith, and "If You're Reading This" by Tim McGraw. That was off the top of my head. Then I started looking through our library and found some great ones I had forgotten all about.
