It has happened!  Yep!  Taylor Swift now has more trophies at home than she does Barbies!  And Billboard is getting ready to present her with a huge honor in a special ceremony on December 2nd.  The magazine is naming Taylor its "Woman of the Year!"  At 21-years-old, Swift is the youngest woman ever to receive the award and she joins the likes of Reba McEntire, Beyonce and Fergie as ladies who've snagged that impressive honor.  There's no doubt about it.  Taylor Swift's success grows everyday!  But, this morning, in the WBKR Waking Crew's daily "TAD" POLL, we decided to see what our listeners think of Taylor.  And, to no one's surprise, people feel very strongly one way or the other and the opinions are split right down the middle.  Read what fans of The Country Station are saying . . .

PUMPKINFEST is coming up this weekend at the Owensboro Sportscenter!  One of the most popular features of the festival each year is, most definitely, the HAMSTER BALLS!  And, Monday morning, those beloved BALLS made a stop at the WBKR studios during Jaclyn's midday show.  Naturally, we couldn't just have Jaclyn TALK about the HAMSTER BALLS!  No way!  We made her get inside one.  Ladies and gentlemen, this is what happens when you put a an airhead in an inflatable plastic ball.  Fasten your seatbelts and resist the urge to use the restroom in cedar chips.  Jaclyn Graves is a hamster!

On Tuesday, I headed down to Nashville to broadcast live at The Grand Ole Opry.  It was a really special day at the Opry!  A star-studded line-up had gathered for George Jones' 80th birthday concert celebration.  The Oak Ridge Boys were there, Jamey Johnson, Alan Jackson, Pam Tillis and more were on hand to pay tribute to The Possum and I got the pleasure of listening to some of the rehearsal performances.  It was REALLY cool!  But, let's cut the small talk and get down to the business at hand!  Not only did I get to be backstage at The Opry, I got to head over to the OPRY BACKSTAGE GRILL and stuff my big ole face.  And, yes, I had a camera to capture every delicious bite!!
