I've been doing live broadcasts from Taylor's Tavern's Crawfish Boils for quite a few years now, and I still don't think I've perfected what aficionados say is THE best way to eat crawfish.

And for the uninitiated, I'd turn my head right about now if I were you...

THE best way is to SUCK OUT THE HEAD.

Yep. And I still don't think I'm doing it right.

But I do know how to eat the rest of a crawfish and, this Saturday, I'll join hundreds of others in doing as much damage to a whole mess of mudbugs as I possibly can.

Taylor's Tavern's 13th Annual Crawfish Boil kicks off when the doors open at 11AM this Saturday and will go all day long.

The serving of delicious all-you-can-eat crawfish, potatoes, and corn will begin at 3PM.

The cover charge is $15 and there will be live music throughout the day.

To top it off, the weather plans on being perfect.
