Texas Gas Building in Bad Shape, and at the Hands of Vandals [VIDEO]

I believe my favorite Owensboro structure (if you can have one, and I can) is the Texas Gas building on South Frederica. And it makes me sad.

While we're all wringing our hands over the hopeless case that IS Gabe's Tower, what's going to happen with T-Gas?

I'd heard some unsubstantiated rumblings about what the Texas Gas building COULD become in the future, but nothing since.

And then I heard some OTHER stuff about the place and decided to see for myself if those were true.
