Texting While Driving Is A No-No In Kentucky

WBKR-News 25's Whitney Ray reported this morning:

No more texting while driving.

"In Kentucky police officers can give you a ticket for no less than $25 for the first plus court costs. If you appear to be older than 18 and texting while your car is moving, you can be stopped and fined. If you appear to be younger than 18, then you can be stopped for doing anything with your cell phone. Question is, how can they tell?"

Best way to find out is don't do it.
