Thankfully, Owensboro Doesn’t Rank Very High Among Kentucky’s Snobbiest Cities
A group of scientists (or maybe sociologists?) have crunched the numbers and come up with a ranking of the snobbiest cities in Kentucky.
The team at Roadsnacks have used factors like median home price, median household income, percent of population with a college degree, private schools per capita, theaters per capita, and art galleries per capita.
Since I don't believe that people necessarily have a high opinion of themselves JUST because they're in a higher tax bracket, I'll accept this as a fun exercise.
But let's take a look.
There's really only city listed in the top 10--Fort Thomas--that I've even heard of. The rest sound like neighborhoods.
But the site does go ahead and list the rest of the cities that are above 5000 in population.
