I know there may only be one undefeated NFL team, the 1972 Miami Dolphins, but one team (and a few others) came very close. I'm talking about the 1985 Chicago Bears. And if you didn't love the "Super Bowl Shuffle", okay you may have cringed, you were witnessing a little bit of pop culture history. Watch!

Story time! Back in the day, when MTV played videos, they had a program called "Friday Night Video Fights" and one Friday, the "Super Bowl Shuffle"...was pitted against (this clip features Mark Goodman on the very MTV show I'm talking about! Wow!)

God bless the New England Patriots of the past. Okay, so me and my best friend Stephanie (nee' Tinsley) Click were watching and you bet we called in for Bears to win. Sorry Robert Urich. The Bears would go on to trounce the Pats in Super Bowl XX with a final score 46-10. Forget J.J. Watt, the Bears handed the ball off to William "The Refrigerator" Perry for a red zone TD. Defensive End Richard Dent won the MVP, it was crazy. As for the "Super Bowl Shuffle", it peaked at #41 on the Billboard Pop Charts AND it was nominated for a Grammy (Best R&B Performance by a Duo or Group).

Of course times have changed and the Patriots are having the last laugh with multiple Super Bowl titles, three, and maybe four after this Sunday. The last time the Bears were in the big game (2006), they were defeated by Peyton Manning and the Indianapolis Colts. Yep, times have changed.
