The BEST SEATS IN THE HOUSE!!

As you probably know by now, WBKR and Henderson Chevy Buick GMC have teamed up to bring the tri-state the first-ever TASTE OF COUNTRY concert!  It's Saturday, September 10th at Ellis Park in Henderson and features JOSH TURNER, with special guests Josh Thompson, Steve Azar and newcomer Glen Templeton!  General admission tickets are just $30 and go on sale Saturday, June 4th at www.eventbrite.com and at the WBKR studios!  But, for this show, we are offering you (or should we say we're offering your backside) the BEST SEAT IN THE HOUSE!!  For just $100 your cheeks can be nestled in comfort right in front of the TASTE OF COUNTRY stage! 

Ellis Park is an awesome setting for our show and we are pumped up about having it there!  General admission tickets will allow you access to the Ellis grandstand (where chairback seating is available but is first come, first served) and you'll also have access to the Ellis Park dirt track.  If you choose to sit trackside, you'll definitely need to bring your own chairs!  However, for those of you who've been saving your allowance and are ready to treat yourselves . . . and for those of you ladies out there who think if you get close enough to Josh Turner he'll propose to you . . . check out our BEST SEATS IN THE HOUSE!

We are setting up 100 bag chairs right in front of the stage.  These truly are the BEST seats available at the TASTE OF COUNTRY concert!  You don't have to worry about bringing your own chairs, because we've got them for you.  You don't have to worry about having your face buried in the armpit of the person in front of you because you are going to be closer to the stage than anyone else.  And you don't have to worry about being uncomfortable because you can get your favorite beverage (or, as Jaclyn says, "adult beverage"), plop down into your BEST SEAT and kick back and get ready for a TASTE OF COUNTRY!!

Sounds like heaven, right?  Well, okay, that's a stretch.  And, yes, we probably could make it little more heavenly by getting some of our staffers to come around and rub your feet for you . . . but that ain't gonna happen, Home Skillets!  It's probably gonna be hot and your feet are gonna be sweaty and dusty!   I refuse to touch your nasty hooves, Secretariat!!  But the BEST SEATS IN THE HOUSE are a GREAT way to experience the TASTE OF COUNTRY!  And, another really cool thing, when the concert's over, you get to keep the chair!  It's your very own TASTE OF COUNTRY concert souvenir!

But here's the only catch!  We ONLY have 100 BEST SEATS available.  So, if you want one . . . you'd better get one quick!  But you CANNOT purchase these online.  BEST SEATS are available ONLY at the WBKR studios at 3301 Frederica Street in Owensboro, KY or at our sister station, 99.5 WKDQ in Evansville.
