Every year "they" tally up all of the items in the "Twelve Days of Christmas" song, check over their retail value, compare them to last year, add everything up, and and give us a total.  A few of the items are up quite a bit from last year, including three French hens and the ever popular partridge in a pear tree. If you wanted to buy everything, it would cost $27,673.  That's just a little more than last year, but still... seriously?
