This Could be in Your Yard – Free Tree Seedlings

This is a silky dogwood tree, which should grow well in this area. After all, Owensboro is the home of the Dogwood and Azalea Trail, which is really starting to show its lovely blooms.  Today and tomorrow you can receive a FREE seedling for the silky dogwood or many other varieties of trees. The Daviess County Conservation District is celebrating Arbor Day (April 10) by giving you the seedlings from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. each day. Just stop by their offices at 3032 Alvey Park Drive.
