Writer/actor Greg Seserto has brought his story of making the worst movie ever, The Room, to Owensboro a couple of times. This time, Sestero will be hosting a screening of the Oscar-nominated, Golden Globe-winning film based on his book The Disaster Artist.

"The Disaster Artist: An Evening with Greg Sestero" will be this Saturday night, March 24th at Owensboro Technical and Community College's Blandford Hall 6:00 p.m. until 9:30 p.m. Tickets are FREE, but you need to register for them ASAP here. As of this writing, there were less than 50 left.

James Franco won a Golden Globe award for his portrayal of Tommy Wiseau. The screenplay, adapted by Scott Neustadter and Michael H. Weber from the Sestero and Tom Bissell's book, was nominated for an Academy Award.
