Tim McGraw’s Next Music Will be on Big Machine

Mike Borchetta, a buddy of mine, signed Tim McGraw to Curb Records in 1992. After many hits and a storied career at Curb, Tim decided he wanted off Curb and the sooner the better. After a bitter court battle, Tim was given his release papers.

Well, ironically, Tim has signed with Big Machine records, a labeled owned by Mike Borcehtta's son Scott! And, in another irony, the act that made Big Machine a big machine, Taylor Swift, her first hit was Tim McGraw.
