Blonds are not necessarily dumb? Right? Dolly Parton's first hit was all about how "dumb" a blond can be. Dolly is no dummy, that's for sure! When you combine, however, Hooters and a blond you get this:

Now, in all fairness, I have seen Major League Players do the same thing during a professional game!  But, they weren't blond!
