Trace Adkins Surprises Fans With Opry Appearance

Ha, Nashville Kat told me this morning about Trace Adkins taking the stage for a surprise performance at the Grand Ole Opry last night. As it turns out in the good word from taste of Country’s Christian Vinson, he was making his first public appearance since his father’s death and a stay in rehab.

Since he was singing with Exile, I kiddingly asked Kat if he sang, their hit ‘Kiss You All Over’. Well, he did! And, I didn’t know it was a duet on his album ‘Love Will…’

You may remember in January he took his first drink in over a decade, landing him back into rehab to treat his alcoholism. Then, his father became seriously ill, causing the 52-year-old to leave the treatment facility to be by his dad’s side as he passed.

Thanks Christina for the extra information about Trace’s big night. Here is where you can go to find out more about the big guy.
