Owensboro Girls to Appear on The Katie Couric Show

Puzzle Pieces in Owensboro is a "non-profit activity day center serving individuals 8 years and up, with intellectual disabilities."

Lauren Tucker is there everyday working with Karlie Tempel, who has cerebral palsy. And Karlie likes to go FAST! That's why she and Lauren compete in races throughout the tri-state as part of Team Karlie.

And now Katie Couric has gotten wind of their story.

So, on July 29th, Lauren and Karlie will be in New York City to appear on The Katie Couric Show to share that story. July also happens to be the next month when they will race.
