Typhoon Yolanda Strikes [Video]

Eyewitness News meteorologist Wayne Hart tweeted this video of footage from Typhoon Yolanda, which smashed into the Philippines yesterday with 195 mile per hour winds.  Watch how quickly the flood waters rose in Tacloban City.  This is pretty frightening and, for the city, the second massive flood in just three years.
