Up, Down, and Dirty For A Cure Extreme 5K Mud Run Sept. 19th

The Up, Down, and Dirty for a Cure Extreme 5K Mud Run at Diamond Lake Resort is back! Mark your calendars for Saturday, September 19th and take a walk down memory lane and watch when Chad and Jac gave the wall on the mud run course a test run.

Benefiting the Daviess County Relay for Life, there are different levels of competition to choose from for the mud run: competitive (*must be able to run a 5K in 30 minutes or less), semi-competitive, and group (6 or more). These levels will be broken down in male and female categories, along with age groups (14-30, 31-45, and 46+).

If you want to participate, but you are still working on getting in shape or you don't want to run competitively, you can partake in the fun run.
