Here at WBKR and all other radio stations in this immediate area, we perform all the same duties as the stations in much bigger cities. The only major difference is traffic.

By necessity, large metropolitan areas have traffic reporters on staff. You've heard them, no doubt, as you've traveled through large cities. The TV stations are the same. And, of course, with television, you get visuals.

And in the case of this reporter for KPRC in Houston, it only required taking her eyes off of those "visuals" for a  brief moment to miss something that actually contradicted what she was saying on the air. But, she's a pro, and she handled it well.
