Freedom Isn’t Free Tribute
Freedom Isn’t Free, a non-political tribute sight to honor those who have sacrificed for the freedoms we hold dear, is inviting you to a special event on Saturday, Nov. 10 from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at Crossroads Christian Church, 10800 Outer Lincoln Ave. in Newburgh. Veterans Day Parade
Although Veterans Day isn’t until Sunday, the Four Freedoms Veterans Parade will take place Saturday at 2:30 p.m. on Riverside Drive. The River City Thunderbolt Military Vehicle Collector’s Club hosts this event every year to honor Tri-State Veterans.The parade will begin at the Casino Aztar parking lot, move along Riverside Dr., then make a U-turn at Cherry St. and make its way back to Casino Aztar.
