WBKR St Jude Radiothon – Boy! The 9 a.m. Hour’s Hoppin’

WBKR hit or exceeded the first three hours of our goals for the kids at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. And, from 9 - 10 it is jammed packed.

First, thanks to Vicki Ellis of Western Kentucky Regional Blood Bank, sponsor of our 8 a.m. hour.

Also on the phones a WBKR intern and a weekend warrior.

When Chad and Jaclyn walked and ran 50 and 38 miles respectively, the were helped along by the sponsorship of one of their hours, The Scrub Shoppe. Kandi Stephens stopped by and made her donation.

And, the Bird's Eye Beauty Linda Smith joined us for music AND she brought us her famous salsa!
