Wednesday Night Fire at Brescia University ‘Could Have Been a Lot Worse’ [VIDEO]

A fire at Owensboro's Brescia University--currently undergoing renovations--blocked off a large portion of Frederica Street Wednesday night.

Battalion Chief Steve Leonard said that it could've been a lot worse.
