Last week, my friend Susan Schell (and her husband Mark) sent me a birthday gift.  A giant sign made out of empty cottage cheese containers.  Now, we all know there is no way I would ever eat cottage cheese.  However, this week, Susan is on The CB Radio Show with something that looks absolutely delicious.  Our What's Cookin'? segment this week features Susan's recipe for Chicken Croissants.  Check this out!

1 can crescent rolls (8 count)

Boil chicken on stove till fully cooked. Remove from heat and drain. Shred chicken and place in a bowl. Add broccoli, onions, pepper, cheese and salad dressing. Stir till all ingredients are combined well together.

Bake in oven at 375 degrees for 20 minutes or until golden brown.

Since Thanksgiving is right around the corner this would work will with shredded left over turkey instead of chicken.

What's Cookin'? is sponsored each week by Murphy Appliance Company in Owensboro!
