Who Is Owensboro’s Mystery Moped Rider? [VIDEO]

If you drive around town much you may have noticed the crazy, fun moped rider buzzing down Frederica Street.  Everyone is asking who this guy is?!I noticed several people chatting and sharing a picture about the "guy on the moped" in Owensboro on Facebook this weekend.  I showed my husband the picture and he said "well honey you know who that is, it's Joe Rybicki."  And he was right I do know him he was a volunteer at St. Benedict's when my husband was director of the shelter.

He sure has a unique way of riding his motor vehicle.  To each his own I say.  I love it!  And he has been making people smile all over Owensboro.  One person even commented on Facebook that at Halloween time he had a motorcycle and dress it up for the holiday!
