Willie Nelson's new bass player is from Owensboro! Johnny Depp. Yes, the famous actor showed up to play bass with Willie at a performance at SXSW in Austin. That's an annual, world famous event that takes place in the Texas capitol. Taste of Country Nights' host Sam Alex says Depp's been playing guitar since he was a child.
