Wind Chill Advisory Tonight for Tristate
Bundle up! A Wind Chill Advisory is in effect for the tristate. Here's what that means and how cold it's going to feel outside.
From the National Weather Service:
A WIND CHILL ADVISORY MEANS THAT VERY COLD AIR AND STRONG WINDS
WILL COMBINE TO GENERATE WIND CHILLS OF 10 BELOW ZERO TO 25 BELOW ZERO. THIS WILL RESULT IN FROSTBITE AND LEAD TO HYPOTHERMIA IF PRECAUTIONS ARE NOT TAKEN. IF YOU MUST VENTURE OUTDOORS...MAKE SURE YOU WEAR A HAT AND GLOVES.
