The Big Reason You Should Visit the Be on the Radio Booth Saturday in Owensboro

The annual Bar-B-Q Block Party is this Friday and Saturday in downtown Owensboro and WBKR will be there with a really fun opportunity for you.  We are hosting a Be on the Radio booth on the second day of the event and we're giving you the chance to win tickets to see Luke Combs when he comes to the KFC Yum! Center in October.

By the way, Luke is bringing two really good friends with him on tour.

Luke Combs recently announced two consecutive concerts in Louisville, Kentucky.  He's playing Friday, October 21st and Saturday, October 22nd.  And, here at WBKR, we have tickets to the concert and we'd love to give them to you. So, here's what you need to do to get qualified.

First, make your plans to visit us Saturday during the Bar-B-Q Block Party.  It's going to be an exciting day of the festival and will be highlighted by the Backyard Cook-Off presented by Kentucky Legend. Over 30 cooking teams will be on hand cooking for bragging rights and prize money. Plus, there will be a "Meat & Greet" with world champion eater Joey Chestnut.

Plus, there will be live music all day long on the front lawn of the Owensboro Convention Center. Here's the Saturday schedule!

Barb Birgy and I will be hosting WBKR's Be on the Radio Booth from 10am to 2pm CST. All you need to do to get registered  to win a pair of tickets to see Luke Combs is this. Stop by the booth and let us record your voice to air on The Country Station, 92.5 WBKR.
